Gift cards may be applied toward any eligible package or service. Travel fees and gratuity are not included in the value of the gift card but may be paid using the remaining balance.

Gift card information will be securely kept on file, and you will receive a digital PDF version of your gift card upon purchase. If requested, the gift card recipient may also receive the PDF directly by email. If you would prefer a physical copy, printed gift cards may be mailed for an additional $5.

Gift cards expire two years after the purchase date or, in the case of mailed gift cards, two years after the delivery date.

    • Gift cards may be applied toward any eligible Princess Quinlin Parties package or service.

    • Purchasing a gift card does not guarantee event availability. Event dates are secured only after a signed contract has been received and the required deposit has been applied.

    • Reservations are subject to availability, and advance booking is strongly recommended.

    • A signed contract and deposit are required to secure an event date.

    • A nonrefundable deposit of $100 will be deducted from the gift card balance when booking to reserve your event date.

    • Travel fees and gratuity are not included in the value of the gift card but may be paid using the remaining gift card balance.

    • Digital PDF gift cards are included with every purchase. Printed gift cards may be mailed for an additional $5 fee.

    • Gift cards are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

    • Gift cards expire two years after the purchase date or, in the case of mailed gift cards, two years after the delivery date.

    • Princess Quinlin Parties reserves the right to refuse service outside the designated service area.

    • Princess Quinlin Parties is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

    • In the event that Princess Quinlin Parties permanently ceases operations or is otherwise unable to provide services, gift cards will not be eligible for refunds or cash redemption.
